Overview:
The Deputy Manager will be assisting the Senior Manager in handling and supervising a portfolio of PEPPER’s clients, providing support on high-level strategic counsel to clients across verticals. The person will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager to mentor a team.
KRAs:
- To assist in strategising and implementing integrated marketing communications programs, covering PR, Social Media and Visual Communications
- Ensuring the required mandates are met effectively, with a high level of output and quality
- Managing all aspects of certain accounts
- Develop the required content for the company or its clients
- Keep abreast of current and evolving PR trends and tools to develop more effective strategies
- Developing and sharing required media intelligence
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople
- Initiating required media stories
- Being involved in prospecting and pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
- Managing and mentoring junior members of staff, leading the teams, and ensuring all processes are met
- Promoting a healthy company culture and ensuring all the processes are effectively followed
The Ideal Candidate should:
- Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a reputed public relations agency
- Basic knowledge of AI / LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Writesonic and so on (further training will be provided by the Company).
- Possess a high degree of communication - verbal and written skills
- Possess impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
- Have the ability to nurture talent while maintaining the company policies
- Be result-oriented while maintaining a high degree of integrity and upholding core company values
- Have good media intelligence, and an understanding of new platforms of communications
- Have a passion for creativity, strategic thinking & innovation, and attention to detail
- Sound copywriting, general marketing proficiency
- Outstanding organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
- Service-focused and sensitive to confidential information
